100 km Route

Starting and finishing at the Cheviot Centre in Wooler, the route is all on tarmac and passes or goes through some of the best historical sites in the county. It is actually 103.5km, 64.3 miles in length with a total ascent 1474m – not to be underestimated!! There are two official feeding stations on this route. Graded as strenuous!!

Minimum age to enter the 100km route is 16 years of age, maximum age is 80 years. Under 18 years of age but over 16 need to have submitted a parental consent form. These can be obtained by e-mailing a request from this site or from the British Cycling site.
